Built on the latest open-source technologies, it allows us to not only push the boundaries of data engineering and analytics but also contribute back to the open-source community through continuous innovation and solution development.What You’ll Do...This role will allow you to master the three pillars of every organisation: Software Engineering, Infrastructure, and Data.Software Engineering: Develop microservices, libraries, Flink jobs, data pipelines, and Kubernetes controllers.Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to define, design, and implement solutions within our Data Platform. Trusted relationship will be key for success.Lead Technological Initiatives: Drive forward market-leading projects, exploring and integrating new technologies into our ecosystem.Platform as a Product: Deliver self-serve products with strong SLAs/SLOs to the business, ensuring their scalability and reliability.Developer Experience: Focus on optimising the developer experience to simplify platform adoption and onboarding.What You’ll Bring...Problem solving skills: Strong problem solving skills which can help navigate problems in day to day work.Programming Proficiency: Experience with Java, Python, or Golang with hands-on expertise in building scalable systems.Collaboration Skills: A proven ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse set of stakeholders, aligning technical solutions with business needs.
