This role suits someone who combines strong Python engineering skills with practical LLM experience and a healthy scepticism about AI outputs.What you’ll doBuild RAG pipelines over unstructured data using embeddings, vector databases, and graph databasesDesign agentic / multi-agent workflowsIntegrate LLM APIs and AI tooling into production servicesBuild ETL pipelines, backend APIs, and evaluation frameworksImprove reliability through prompt design, retrieval quality, guardrails, and monitoringWork closely with product teams to deliver end-to-end AI featuresWhat we’re looking for~3+ years of software engineering experience1–2 years building production AI / LLM applicationsStrong Python backend and data engineering skillsHands-on experience with RAG, APIs, and orchestration frameworksUnderstanding of LLM behaviour, hallucinations, and evaluationCurious, experimental mindset with strong engineering judgementNice to have: Azure AI tools, graph databases, fine-tuning open-source models, TypeScript/Node.
