You will lead the design and delivery of production-grade ML and GenAI systems that power core customer-facing workflows.Key responsibilities:Lead design and delivery of Chat and Workflow GenAI use casesOwn architectural and methodological decisions (e.g. agentic patterns, evaluation frameworks, trade-offs)Raise engineering standards across ML and GenAI, guiding the team on best practices and infrastructure implicationsDevelop and manage GenAI engineersCollaborate closely with Retrieval and cross-functional teamsContribute to the research and innovation roadmapScope new AI initiatives and features✅ Must have requirements:Proven track record of designing, building and deploying external, user-facing ML/AI products Demonstrated business or product impactExperience with GenAI use cases deployed to productionFamiliarity with transformer models, NLP, RAG, document processing, recommender systems, computer vision, or related areasStrong technical judgement and architectural decision-makingEvidence of applied researchFormal line management experience (for a team of at least 2-3 engineers)
