Candidates with a background in Civil, Industrial, or Construction Engineering (or related fields) are welcome to apply.You will work in an international environment, applying data analytics tools to optimize processes, support data-driven decision-making, and drive continuous improvement.Main Responsibilities Support procurement processes and prepare analytical and performance reports.Collect, process, and analyze project data and key performance indicators (KPIs).Develop and maintain dashboards using Power BI and advanced Excel tools.Collaborate with site and technical teams to track KPIs and monitor performance.Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance operational efficiency.Ensure integration between planning, execution, and control activities.RequirementsDegree in Civil, Industrial, or Construction Engineering (or related fields).Up to 5 years of relevant experience.Attention to detail, strong communication skills, and teamwork ability.Proficient in Advanced Excel, Power BI, and data analysis.Knowledge of MS Project and Primavera P6 is considered a plus.Familiarity with Lean Construction and Agile methodologies.Languages:Spanish and English – mandatory.Portuguese or French – a strong advantage.🌱 What We OfferAt QGMI, people are at the core of everything we do.
