No prior marketing or advertising experience required.We are hiring from degrees in:Economics or EconometricsMathematics or StatisticsFinance or AccountingData Science or Computer ScienceEngineering with quantitative courseworkAny degree with serious exposure to pricing models, statistical inference, or financial modellingYou do not need to know anything about paid media. You can build a clean model from scratch without being told how.The ability to look at a dataset and form a clear view — not just summarise it, but interpret it.Precise written communication. You can explain a complex finding in two sentences.High standards for accuracy.
