You will help understand business questions, prepare and analyse data, and present findings in ways that are easy to understand and act on. This is a hands‑on role suited to an early‑career analyst or someone developing their data analytics skills. You will collaborate closely with experienced analysts and data scientists while continuing to build your technical knowledge and business understanding. Responsibilities Collect, clean, validate, and transform data using SQL and cloud‑based data tools.Build and maintain clear, reliable Power BI dashboards using good data modelling practices.Produce concise insight summaries for teams such as Sales, Product, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Growth.Translate business questions into structured analytical tasks and meaningful outputs.Present insights in clear, engaging ways for non‑technical audiences.Contribute to scalable and reusable reporting solutions with a focus on data quality.Support process improvements, automation, and documentation.Follow and promote good data governance and consistent analytical practices.Work collaboratively in iterative, agile delivery cycles. Requirements Experience working with data through work, study, training, or practical projects.Strong SQL skills, including working with large datasets.Experience using Power BI, including DAX, Power Query (M), and data modelling.Confidence using Excel for analysis and reporting.Familiarity with cloud data platforms such as Azure Data Warehouse/Synapse, Azure Data Lake, or Databricks is helpful but not required.A basic understanding of analytical and statistical concepts, with interest in learning more.Ability to explain data insights clearly and thoughtfully.Good organisation skills and attention to detail.Curiosity, reliability, and a willingness to learn new tools and concepts. Nice to Have (Not Required) Exposure to PySpark or other distributed data processing tools.Familiarity with Tableau or other data visualisation tools.
