Someone who doesn't just pull numbers but actually understands what drives a B2C e-commerce business and can find the insights that move the needle.You'll have opinions about how data should flow, and you'll be able to back them up. When you recommend a course of action to stakeholders, you'll have the evidence and confidence to support it.What You'll Work WithSQL ServerPython for analysis, automation, and modellingBI/visualisation tools (we're open to what you prefer)Google Analytics, marketing platforms, and e-commerce dataWhat We're Looking ForStrong SQL skills, you can write complex queries without hand-holdingPython proficiency for data manipulation and analysisAt least 2 years of experience in a B2C business, with a genuine understanding of how consumer analytics differs from B2B (cohort analysis, customer lifetime value, acquisition costs, churn, these should mean something to you)The ability to work independently and own your projects end-to-endWhat Actually Matters to UsCuriosity.
