AJ Chambers are working with a Top 50 Accountancy Practice in the UK who provide audit, tax, advisory and outsourced finance services to a broad portfolio of SME, mid-market and corporate clients.As part of their Digital and Data strategy, they are building a centralised data function to improve operational performance, enhance client insight, and support strategic decision-making.We are looking for a Data Analyst to:Develop and maintain dashboards (Power BI or similar) for firm-wide reporting.Produce regular reports on KPIs including revenue, margin, utilisation, and client metrics.Analyse practice management, CRM, and financial systems data.Ensure accuracy and consistency of reporting data.Assist in defining data standards and reporting frameworks.Requirements:Experience working in professional services (accountancy, legal, consultancy) preferred.Strong experience analysing financial or operational dataStrong Excel skills (advanced formulas, pivot tables).Experience with Power BI (or Tableau / similar BI tools)Understanding of data modelling conceptsThe business are HQ'd in London and have region offices, where it will be a hybrid model of 50% of the time over a 2 week period.
