You’ll be part of a collaborative, cross-functional team that thrives on solving challenges, improving service standards, and exceeding customer expectations.What you'll doPerform a wide range of complex technical activities both remotely and on-site to meet business and customer requirementsLead and coordinate small teams delivering technical work packages in line with Computacenter’s service delivery processesAct as a technical authority in your area of expertise, providing leadership and mentoring to colleaguesDocument and report on completed work to ensure compliance with Computacenter and customer proceduresContribute to the development and refinement of technical procedures and service standardsEvaluate and resolve escalations, ensuring customer satisfaction and SLA adherenceCommunicate effectively on complex technical issues with internal teams and external customers to prevent or resolve escalationsDeliver consistent, high-quality customer service to both internal and external stakeholdersCollaborate across functions and geographies to support integrated service deliveryMaintain awareness of and adhere to information security and health & safety policiesIdentify personal development needs and pursue relevant training and certificationsAct as a role model, promoting best practices and supporting knowledge sharing across teamsEnsure compliance with SLA performance targets and contribute to improving customer satisfactionDemonstrate and promote Computacenter’s Winning Together behaviours in all interactionsWhat you'll needProven experience in an IT service environment, ideally within a managed services or enterprise support contextStrong analytical and systematic approach to resolving complex problems and assignmentsAbility to define and follow transition/change management and operational proceduresDemonstrated ability to absorb and apply technical information quickly and effectivelyFamiliarity with a broad range of IT systems, technologies, and applications aligned with industry standardsCertifications in relevant technologies (e.g., ITIL, Microsoft, ServiceNow) are highly desirableExcellent time management and organizational skills; capable of managing multiple priorities under pressureStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levelsHigh emotional intelligence and a collaborative, customer-focused mindsetExperience in business process analysis, requirements gathering, and running workshopsAbility to synthesize information from multiple sources and see the bigger pictureRoutine administrative and documentation skillsAwareness of health and safety practices in the workplaceSC Clearance
