We are now looking for a Data Analyst who will play a pivotal role in shaping our data culture, driving high-impact insights, and guiding our analytics strategy as we grow internationally.Role OverviewWe are seeking a Data Analyst to join our technology team, specialising in building and maintaining data pipelines, reporting solutions, and analytics dashboards. The role will focus on enabling business stakeholders to make data-driven decisions through Power BI and other reporting tools.Key ResponsibilitiesPower BI Reporting & VisualisationDevelop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI.Partner with business stakeholders to understand reporting needs and deliver effective visualisations.Implement row-level security, data models, and DAX measures for advanced analytics.Applied business intelligence and domain awareness to develop predictive insights and design interactive dashboards that support data-driven decision-making.Data Pipeline DevelopmentDesign, build, and optimise ETL/ELT processes to integrate data from multiple sources.Ensure data quality, consistency, and reliability across reporting systemsMonitor performance and optimise queries for large datasets.Provide technical guidance on best practices for data visualisation and reporting.Continuous ImprovementStay updated on emerging BI tools and data engineering practices.Automate recurring reporting tasks to improve efficiency.Opportunity to grow into data engineering responsibilities and strengthen backend data development skillsRequired Skills & QualificationsStrong experience with Power BI (data modelling, DAX, dashboard design).Knowledge in SQL and relational database management.
