Come join us!About the roleYou'll design and build data platforms for clients — data warehouses, pipelines, orchestration — using tools like Snowflake, BigQuery, and Docker. You'll make decisions about cloud architecture, optimise performance, and build solutions clients can maintain themselves.At this level, you'll work independently on medium-to-large complexity tasks, knowing when to pull in support. You'll start contributing to internal best practices and helping colleagues grow. Strong communication and sound judgement matter as much as technical depth.What we're looking forYou don't need to tick every box.Solid experience building and maintaining data platforms or pipelinesStrong SQL skills and experience with cloud data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery, or similar)Comfortable with cloud platforms — ideally deep experience with one (AWS, GCP, or Azure)Experience with infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD, and containerisationClear communicator who can adapt to technical and non-technical audiencesSelf-directed, with good judgement about when to escalate.Why Tasman?We're a remote-first consultancy helping organisations get more from their data.
