You will support a leading private‑banking organization operating in 25+ countries, currently undergoing a major global digital transformation.🌍 The ProjectYou’ll join an international, highly regulated private‑banking environment where you will play a key role in the design and development of data‑driven models and end‑to‑end data quality solutions.You will work closely with data scientists, data engineers, business teams and platform experts, contributing to both new model development from scratch and the improvement of existing analytical and data quality frameworks. Python and SQL are mandatory. Experience working with large datasets and financial data is a strong plus.✔️ Strong ExperienceMandatory:End‑to‑end development of data models (EDA, feature engineering, modelling, validation, deployment, monitoring, documentation)Proficiency in Python (pandas, NumPy, scikit‑learn; PyTorch/TensorFlow valued)Solid SQL knowledge for querying and processing large datasetsExperience building and optimising data pipelinesHands‑on data manipulation (extraction, transformation, organisation, cleaning)Familiarity with probability, statistics and common ML techniquesDashboard creation (Tableau or similar tools)Professional proficiency in English✔️ Additional SkillsExperience working with structured and semi‑structured financial datasetsUnderstanding of software engineering practices (Git, testing, CI/CD)Familiarity with Docker/Kubernetes (highly valued)Experience in regulated/banking environmentsStrong communication and ability to explain technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholdersProactive mindset, ownership, curiosity and strong attention to detailSpanish language skills (plus)✔️ Certifications / Nice to haveMaster’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science or similarCertifications related to data science, cloud or DevOpsExperience participating in data governance, audits or data quality initiatives📋 Your ResponsibilitiesDevelop statistical and machine‑learning models from scratchBuild, optimise and document robust data pipelinesDetect data anomalies and design/integrate data quality solutionsDefine meaningful KPIs to evaluate model performance and business impactSupport the migration of models to a new enterprise‑grade data science platformCreate intuitive dashboards to communicate insights to stakeholdersCollaborate with multidisciplinary teams in an agile environmentApply best practices, perform peer reviews and contribute to knowledge sharingMaintain clear documentation for models, pipelines and processes🌺 What we offer 🏢 Hybrid model: 3 days onsite (central Madrid) + 2 days remote 🕒 Fixed schedule: Monday–Friday, 08:00–17:00 📵 No on‑call 📅 23 vacation days + December 24th & 31st off ⏰ Flexible working hours within the established band 💳 Flexible compensation: meal vouchers, transport, childcare, medical insurance, Gympass 📚 Continuous learning & training platforms (including languages) 🛍️ Employee discount portal 🌍 International project with growth and mentorship opportunitiesIf you are interested, please apply.
