About the RoleWe’re looking for an Events Marketing Manager to own the execution of our event program end-to-end, from sponsor booths at leading developer conferences to C-level dinners, roundtables, and community meetups. This role is highly operational. You’ll be the person who makes sure the booth shows up, the right people are in the room, the follow-ups go out, and the momentum from events turns into engagement with our product and the AIND community. You’ll work closely with Sales, Community, and Product to ensure events are measurable drivers of adoption, pipeline, and long-term developer relationships.What you’ll doEvent execution & operationsOwn the operational delivery of sponsor booths at conferences like AI Engineer and other leading developer eventsManage all on-the-ground logistics: booth setup, staffing, assets, lead capture, schedules, and vendor coordinationSupport and execute smaller, high-touch events including:C-level dinnersExecutive roundtablesPartner eventsWork with the Community Manager to support developer meetups and community eventsPre- and post-event campaignsSupport delivery of pre-event campaigns to ensure the right people are in the room (developers, technical leaders, decision-makers)Set up and send basic email campaigns for sales-led events (invites, reminders, follow-ups)Coordinate post-event follow-ups to route leads to the right next step i.e. handoff to Sales, Product, DevRel or enter into an email nurture sequence.Lead capture & nurtureEnsure clean, reliable lead capture at eventsRun simple nurture workflows (email sequences, follow-ups, handoffs)Measurement & improvementTrack event performance and outcomes (attendance, engagement, follow-ups, conversions)Share clear post-event summaries and insightsWhat we’re looking for3–6+ years experience in events marketing, field marketing, or community-driven marketingProven ability to execute events end-to-end, not just plan themComfortable running sponsor booths and engaging directly with developers and technical leadersStrong bias for action — you move fast, unblock yourself, and get things doneBasic understanding of nurture campaigns and lifecycle marketingHands-on experience setting up and sending emails (HubSpot, Customer.io, Mailchimp, or similar)Results-driven mindset — you care about what happens after the eventOrganized, detail-oriented, and calm under pressureClear communicator who works well cross-functionallyWilling to travel internationallyNice to haveExperience marketing to developers, engineers, or technical audiencesFamiliarity with developer tools, AI tooling, or coding agentsExperience supporting community-led events or meetupsComfort working in a fast-moving startup environmentSalary and benefitsOffice: Our brand new 10,000 sq. ft office is in the AI hub of Kings Cross, London. We have generous catering and have regular social events such as team lunches, drinks and more. We require all staff to be in our London HQ at least 3 days a week on our anchor days of Monday, Tuesday and Thursday.Salary: We offer a competitive salary based on experience and skills, benchmarked against industry standards.Benefits: 25 days holiday, health insurance, including dental and vision, which extends to partners and dependents, as well as a company-matched pension.
