Finance/Data Analyst£45-50KHead Office - London but role is full remoteMy client is a global recruitment company and are looking for a Finance/Data Analyst to join the team.Reporting into the Head of FP&ADuties Include:Assist with centralising reporting across sales, marketing and finance into a single functionWorking with IT to extract and analyse data from two core data sources – CRM and HubSpotAssist with analysis and reports of the student confirmations process, tracking conversion and progressionAssist with the data requirements and production of detailed analysis of performance by university, student, and by channelWorking with Marketing & Sales to drive performance metricsSupport the ongoing enhancement of Power BI reports and dashboards with the BI team in IndiaRequirements:Strong analytical mindset and working with large datasetsAdvanced Excel skills, including complex formulas and data modellingExperience extracting and working with data from CRM systems
