We are now looking to rationalize, strengthen, and scale our data foundations to improve reliability, consistency, and usability across teams.About The ProjectWe are looking for a Mid-level Analytics Engineer to lead a short-term data optimization and structuring mission.The objective is not to build everything from scratch, but to audit, clean, and consolidate our current setup, improve data quality, and make our reporting more robust and scalable.Key ResponsibilitiesAudit and map existing data sources and flowsReview current dashboards (Looker) and reporting logicClean, structure, and harmonize datasets across toolsIdentify inconsistencies, gaps, and redundant processesStrengthen data models and reporting foundationsImprove reliability and documentation of KPIsCollaborate closely with Finance, Asset Management, Ops, Sales, and Tech teamsRecommend pragmatic improvements to data architecture, governance, and accessibilityProfile3–6 years experience as Analytics Engineer / Data Analyst / Data EngineerStrong SQL skills (Python is a plus)Experience with modern data stacks (DBT, Fivetran or similar, BigQuery/Snowflake, Looker or equivalent BI tools)Comfortable working with existing systems and improving them pragmaticallyAutonomous, structured, and business-oriented mindsetStartup or fast-growing environment experience is a strong plusExperience using GenAI / automation tools to accelerate workflows is appreciatedWhat We’re Looking ForSomeone hands-on, pragmatic, and impact-driven who enjoys bringing clarity and structure to messy real-world data environments.
