I’m supporting a world‑leading organisation in the Animal Health sector as they look to welcome an experienced Consultant into their Global Reporting & Analytics function. This is an opportunity to join a forward‑thinking, data‑driven environment where your expertise in Power BI, Tableau, SQL, and Snowflake will directly influence commercial decision‑making across global markets.In this role, you’ll collaborate with an established analytics team to design, enhance, and optimise advanced dashboards and data models. You’ll work with the Animal Health Data Warehouse bringing together CRM, MDM, ERP and other key systems, while also managing structured data transformations within the AH Datamart. The work is varied, meaningful, and highly influential across Commercial Excellence and other business areas.You’ll take ownership of existing solutions, elevate usability and performance, and ensure all developments follow best practice in structure, documentation, and consistency. This is a fantastic fit for someone who loves solving complex data challenges and creating analytics that truly add value.What the role involvesBuilding and optimising high‑quality dashboards in Power BI and TableauEnsuring accuracy, KPI consistency, layout usability, and data reliabilityPerforming regular dashboard operations and resolving ad hoc issuesModelling and integrating data from Snowflake, Excel, SharePoint and other sourcesDesigning and maintaining data transformations within the AH Data Warehouse DatamartApplying strong SQL skills, including stored procedures and efficient query writingReviewing and improving existing BI solutionsProducing clear technical documentation, user guides and change logsCommunicating insights to both technical and non‑technical audiencesThe experience we’re looking forExperiences in data analytics, reporting or BI developmentExpert-level Power BI (semantic models, DAX, row‑level security, advanced interactivity)Strong Snowflake experience (SQL optimisation, stored procedures, data management)Proficiency in TableauFluent English; additional languages are beneficialYou’ll be part of a global mission‑driven organisation making a positive impact in Animal Health worldwide.
