GTM Strategy & Operations, Data AnalystWe’re looking for a Data Analyst I to join our growing GTM Strategy & Operations team. Our team tackles complex, high-impact problems that require insight, creativity, and precision to build scalable processes, tools, and systems for a rapidly expanding global business.In this role, you’ll help architect, enrich, and optimize the data that powers our go-to-market strategy. You’ll work across systems and teams to design and maintain scalable data pipelines, ensure the accuracy and reliability of core datasets, and enable actionable insights for the Sales and Marketing organizations. We operate as a hybrid workplace to ensure our Datadogs can create a work-life harmony that best fits them.What You’ll Do:Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and workflows that power the GTM organizationOwn the operational data layer that supports core GTM metrics, dashboards, and automation workflowsDevelop robust data models in dbt (or similar tools) to transform raw data into clean, reliable datasets used across teamsPartner with internal stakeholders to define and implement business logic that improves data quality, accuracy, and consistency across systemsManage and optimize ETL processes to integrate data from multiple internal and external sources into centralized repositoriesBuild repeatable frameworks for data validation, monitoring, and enrichment to ensure reliable insightsCollaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to identify data needs, define metrics, and enable self-service analyticsWork cross-functionally to improve how GTM data flows between Salesforce, Snowflake, and visualization tools like Metabase, Tableau, or Power BIContribute flexibly to high-priority projects that require rapid data-driven problem-solving in a fast-paced environmentWho You Are:Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or equivalentMinimum two years of relevant professional experience, including at least one year supporting sales teams or working with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce)Proficiency in SQL, with the ability to write and optimize complex queries independentlyExperience with ETL tools such as dbt or similar frameworks for transforming and modeling dataComfort working in spreadsheets like Google Sheets or Excel for data analysis and reportingExperience with modern data warehouses such as Snowflake, Redshift, or BigQueryFamiliarity with Python, including an understanding of core data concepts, scripting fundamentals, and automationStrong communication skills, with the ability to clearly present data-driven insights to both technical and non-technical audiencesExperience using visualization tools such as Metabase, Tableau, or Power BIA naturally curious, analytical mindset with a drive to uncover the “why” behind the dataDatadog values people from all walks of life.
