Data Strategy and GovernanceDefine the architecture, quality, and data governance standards to establish the data infrastructure as a trustworthy and compliant asset, ensuring data is accessible, secure, and useful across the enterprise.2. Advanced Analytics and Insight Delivery:Lead the Analytics and Data Science teams to convert raw data into strategic insights and predictive models that solve complex business problems and guide key leadership decisions.3. AI Acceleration and Operationalization (MLOps)Drive the strategy for Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML), ensuring the scalable and secure implementation of models into production (MLOps) to automate processes and create new AI-driven products.4. Technology and Platform Enablementmanage and evolve the Data Platform including warehouses, lakes, and visualization tools to ensure the underlying technology is robust, cost-efficient, and capable of supporting the organization's growing demands for Analytics and AI.Requirements:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Economics or related fields.Minimum of 8 years of experience in similar roles, with at least 5 years in leadership positions.In-depth knowledge of data governance, master data management, IA environments and organizational developmentTechnical understanding of data architecture, databases, interfaces, analytics, ML and gen AI.Strong background in designing data pipelines (Azure environment, custom ETL, Fabric a plus) and reports (powerBI, qlikview)Understanding of regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, ISO standards)Expertise in elaborating data and IA business use cases and measuring RoIStrong communication skills for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Confident in customer-facing discussions and technical solution design.Proven experience in project management and agile methodologies.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make strategic decisions.Excellent communication and leadership skills.Team player with the ability to manage multiple priorities.Fluent in English.What We Offer:The opportunity to lead a Corporate Department within the Data area, providing services to all divisions of the group at both national and international levels.Hybrid work model.Professional development opportunities and continuous training.Flexible compensation system (health insurance, transportation, childcare, meal vouchers).Employee parking.Subsidized employee cafeteria.Applus+ is an equal opportunity employer.
