I am currently partnering with a high-growth fintech who are seeking to fill a junior level role.As an early-career Data Quant, you won’t be sitting on the sidelines. You will be at the heart of the engine room, transforming raw, fragmented data from global institutions into sophisticated, market-ready products.We are looking for someone who bridges the gap between a Data Engineer and a Financial Analyst.The Technical Core: You are proficient in Python and have experience using visualization or dashboarding tools to tell a story with data.The Market Mindset: You have a foundational understanding of financial markets—specifically derivatives—and you’re eager to master the nuances of OTC asset classes.The Startup Spirit: You thrive in fast-paced environments, possess a relentless attention to detail, and aren't afraid to "own" your projects.The Communicator: You can translate technical data issues into clear insights for both internal teams and high-profile clients.The right candidate will be highly ambitious with a strong academic background in a highly technical subject from a top University as well as exposure to working with financial markets. We are ideally looking for individuals with between 6 months - 3 years experience.The role offers a hybrid working pattern with 3 days in the office, based in the city of London.
