You will lead analytics initiatives that drive commercial performance, enhance partnership reporting, and embed data-driven decision-making across Partnerships, Marketing & Recruitment, and IT/Data teams.You will act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, oversee BI and reporting transformation projects, and ensure scalable, well-governed analytics solutions are delivered and adopted across the business.RequirementsProven experience in business intelligence, analytics, or insight rolesStrong Power BI (or equivalent BI tool) expertise, including data modelling and dashboard developmentWorking knowledge of SQL and advanced ExcelExperience delivering end-to-end analytics projects or transformation workstreamsStrong stakeholder management and influencing skills at senior levelUnderstanding of data governance, QA frameworks, and reporting best practiceExperience mentoring or leading analystsDesirable:Experience in education, partnerships, or complex commercial environmentsExposure to CRM reporting (e.g. Salesforce)Experience with cloud-based data platforms (e.g. Azure, Snowflake, BigQuery)What Will Make You Stand OutProven track record of influencing strategic decisions through insightExperience leading BI migration or reporting modernisation initiativesStrong data storytelling capability - able to translate complex analysis into clear, commercial recommendationsIf you are interested in this role please apply.
