They are expanding their machine learning capability and are looking for a Machine Learning Engineer who enjoys owning problems end-to-end and turning ideas into production systems that create real business impact.This is not a research-only role — you will design, build, deploy and continuously improve production ML systems embedded directly within live products.What You’ll DoBuild and deploy scalable, production-ready machine learning systemsOwn the full ML lifecycle: data preparation, feature engineering, training, evaluation, deployment and iterationDevelop real-time and batch inference pipelines with monitoring and retraining strategiesMeasure product performance and business impact, and improve models accordinglyCollaborate with engineers, product managers and designers to integrate ML into customer-facing productsImprove reliability, performance and maintainability of ML infrastructureContribute to team capability through knowledge sharing and mentoringWork with platform teams to enhance tooling, experimentation and ML operationsWhat We’re Looking For4+ years applying machine learning in a production or commercial environmentStrong programming skills in Python, Java or similarExperience building scalable ML pipelines and working with large datasetsFamiliarity with experimentation frameworks and A/B testingUnderstanding of deploying, monitoring and maintaining models in productionAbility to communicate technical topics clearly to cross-functional stakeholdersBachelor’s degree (or higher) in Computer Science, AI, Engineering or similarNice to Have Experience in one or more of the following:Recommender systemsDeep learningInformation retrieval / searchComputer vision or speechCausal inference / optimisation problemsApply today for immediate consideration!
