No inherited process. No existing playbook. Just two exceptional people, the mandate to find what's missing, and the backing to build it.You'll sit within our Product function, working in close partnership with Data Science and Engineering. Data tells you what's wrong with what you have. Finding what you're missing requires conversations. You'll own your workstream end to end from research insight through to product roadmap recommendation, no handoffs.If you do your best work inside well-defined processes with a long onboarding runway, we'd rather you knew that upfront.
