You will balance active billing with the responsibility of managing, coaching, and developing a team of consultants in a high-fee, high-expectation market.The OpportunityThe Data Science team is a core part of Harnham’s Data & AI offering and has built a strong reputation for quality delivery, repeat business, and market expertise. With recent team changes and new junior hires joining, we are looking for a manager who can bring structure, energy, and strong people leadership.You will manage a small but high-performing team, including experienced billers and junior consultants, while continuing to contribute commercially through your own desk.
