You work across major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and ensure scalable, production-ready solutions.You also design and engineer agentic systems and complex AI workflows using advanced prompt engineering techniques.Lead Projects to SuccessYou take ownership of projects and act as tech lead on a per-project basis. You translate business needs into clear technical roadmaps and ensure high-quality delivery together with your team.Mentor & Elevate the TeamYou coach and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous learning. You lead by example and help shape technical best practices across projects.Collaborate Across the BusinessYou work closely with commercial teams to explore new client opportunities, providing technical expertise during pre-sales conversations and solution design.Your Profile4+ years of experience in Machine Learning and software developmentStrong proficiency in Python and at least one major cloud provider (AWS, Azure, or GCP)Proven experience leading technical projects with a coaching mindsetExcellent communication skills in English, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholdersFamiliarity with MLOps principles and a passion for building scalable, robust systemsOur client values diversity and believes great talent comes in many forms.
