The Analytics Engineer will enable Ankorstore’s teams to make reliable, data-informed decisions by designing, building, and maintaining high-quality analytical data models.You are expected to work closely with internal customer teams (Product, Engineering, Finance & Operations) to understand their analytical needs, prioritize initiatives, and deliver trusted data assets that support day-to-day decision-making and long-term strategy.You will also evolve in a team composed of one Platform Lead, one Data Engineer and three Analytics Engineers.Main Responsibilities :Data Product Management: Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Finance & Operations teams to understand business questions and translate them into clear analytical requirementsData Democratization: Mentor and animate our community of data champions to improve self-service among teams in our BI layer (Sigma Computing and Amplitude)Data Modelisation: Design, build, and maintain analytics-ready data models using dbt on BigQueryGovernance & Quality: Implement rigorous data quality frameworks, observability, and security protocols to ensure the integrity and privacy of all data assets.Preferred Experience :3+ years in an Analytics Engineer or Data Analyst positionExpert-level proficiency in SQL and dbtExpert-level in at least one BI tool (Sigma, Looker, etc)Ability to translate complex business definitions (LTV, MRR, Attribution) into scalable code and standardized metrics.Ability to design a wide variety of dashboards to answer business needsAbility to design Datamarts and Star Schemas using dbt on a cloud data warehouse (Big Query or other)Strong ownership mindset and attention to data qualityBenefits/Perks :At Ankorstore we offer a versatile range of benefits to support employees' well-being and work-life balance, fostering personal growth within an innovative and adaptable work environment.All of our employees are automatically covered by Health Insurance & Life Insurance.
