What you will do:Build, automate, and maintain dashboards and reporting tools (e.g., Looker, PowerBI) to surface key insights for stakeholders.Partner with teams across Sales, Product, Operations, and Insurance to enable data-driven decision-making and self-service.Work with Engineering to ensure data warehouse and pipelines are fit for purpose, tracking performance and making recommendations. The ideal candidate:At least 5 years of relevant experience in data analysis, BI, or analytics roles with strong SQL skills.Proven ability to apply advanced statistical methods and build/maintain dashboards (Looker, PowerBI, Tableau).Proactive, commercially aware, and an exceptional communicator, comfortable building a data function from scratch.
