It’s data engineering with real consequences, and that makes it very exciting.”Your role as Senior Data EngineerYou’ll build and evolve the data platform that powers everything we do, from loan decisions and risk models to the dashboards our teams use every day. You’ll join a compact, high-impact team of data engineers, scientists and analysts who keep our pipelines fast, our systems reliable and our models explainable. Together you’ll turn complex data flows into scalable architecture that helps us lend smarter, and faster. You’ll work closely with Product, Engineering and colleagues across the lending journey, from decisioning and risk to funding and portfolio management. The data you build directly shapes how businesses get financed and how we keep improving that experience. This is not a maintenance role. You’ll design the next generation of our data platform, from ingestion pipelines and credit models to MLOps foundations that keep everything running smoothly.
