You’ll ship backend services and frontend interfaces that connect user interactions to intelligent agent behaviour, and contribute to the technical foundation that makes these systems scalable and reliable. This is a full-stack engineering role with a clear focus on end-to-end delivery and production readiness.The Opportunity:You’ll be part of a small, cross-functional team with strong ownership over core product areas. Working remotely, you’ll have the autonomy to drive features from design to deployment and see the impact of your work on real customer experiences. The role is ideal for engineers who enjoy shipping impactful features in fast-moving environments and contributing to product direction.What you will do:Build and maintain robust backend APIs and services using Python frameworks like Django, FastAPI, or Flask to power your agent logic and integrations.Create responsive, natural-language driven front-ends with TypeScript/JavaScript using frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js to deliver smooth user experiences.Collaborate on designing agent orchestration and production inference routes that connect user interactions to intelligent agent actions.Own the end-to-end delivery of product features — from design through to implementation, testing, deployment, and monitoring.Engage in GitHub-based workflows for effective code collaboration, and participate in code reviews, CI/CD process, and quality engineering practices.Proactively troubleshoot production systems, optimise for reliability and latency, and contribute to the technical roadmap for scaling agent capabilities.Who will thrive here?:You've got a solid background working with Python and modern web frameworks (Django, FastAPI, Flask).You’re experienced in building user-friendly front-end applications with TypeScript and JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js).You understand the full software development lifecycle and take pride in delivering high-quality features from concept through to deployment.You're comfortable working in a startup environment where rapid iteration and feedback are key.You possess strong problem-solving skills and a keen desire to create impactful tech solutions for real users.Your focus is on ownership, and you thrive on the challenge of influencing product areas and architecture.Tech StackOur client is an innovative AI company that has raised over $20M to create agent-first tools aimed at transforming how small businesses operate.TypeScript .
