As we continue to grow, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Martech Specialist to provide our clients with both hands-on and theoritcal support, ensuring that they get the most value possible from their technology stack. In addition you will be our Tech partners greatest ally, understanding new features and having a depth of knowledge across a broad spectrum of platforms.Please note: This advert is intended to support future hiring needs. While there may not be an immediate vacancy, we are proactively building a pool of qualified candidates for upcoming opportunities.Location: UK (Bristol/ London area)Job RequirementsExcellent understanding of Email, SMS, Push, App, with a detailed knowledge about customer behaviour and sufficient knowledge about User Experience to ensure solutions are workableDemonstrable excellent understanding of the capabilities and requirements of CRM tools and marketing platforms (we use Braze primarily, so this would be preferable, but not essential)An in-depth understanding of affinity, loyalty, and handling customer dataExcellent knowledge of the marketing technology landscapeExpert in the use of MarTech software required for client projectsAbility to use HTML editors and data flow software, e.g. VisioDemonstrable understanding of how to fix bugs in an efficient manner across campaign workflowsUnderstanding of budget and commercial elements attached to campaign plansAbility to think laterally and identify opportunities to deliver more effective campaignsExcellent communication & relationship building skills with both internal stakeholders & external, providing Campaign Management expertise and guidance to junior members of the teamJob ResponsibilitiesWork closely with Client Services, Strategy, Creative, HTML, Data and Analyst teams as required through the campaign planning process, providing expert recommendations and accurate inputs that contribute to the efficiency and/or success of the campaign project, and the profitability of ArmadilloDemonstrate an excellent understanding of both business and project strategy in order to provide both support and complete solutions for client CRM and technology teams.Accurately scope complex campaign solutions, including the data required to drive personalisation - lead scoping meetings and calls when required, and provide clear and comprehensive documentation and presentations for internal and client stakeholders as required to explain and gain approval for the solutionsUnderstand the KPIs and measurement requirements for your campaigns, and ensure measurement and data requirements are supported within the campaign set up and build scopeIdentify opportunities for bespoke solutions to deliver more effective campaigns’ scope these solutions clearly, collaborating with Tech, Development and other colleagues as required and propose solutions to the Principal Campaign Manager and CS leads as appropriateOwn relationships with the solutions and partnerships teams at the Technology Partners we work with (Braze, Iterable, Bloomreach, Jacquard, Talon.One), including working from their offices occasionally.Demonstrate the ability to think laterally, identifying opportunities for bespoke solutions to deliver more effective campaignsConsider the budget and commercials attached to campaign projects - proactively identify and recommend opportunities to CS & PM colleagues to improve efficiency and profitability from a budgetary perspective when planning and executing campaign projectsUnderstand the client’s relational database structures, customer data and attributes used for your campaignsTranslate complex customer journeys and flow diagrams into campaigns within the CRM tool (Braze) with minimal input required from senior colleaguesDemonstrate excellent understanding of the capabilities and requirements of the CRM tool(s) and marketing platform(s) of both our clients and our partners.Create and, as needed, execute detailed testing plans that allow for full testing of dynamic content (regardless of how that content is driven), across all channels and relevant platforms. Integrate complex personalised content and offers, using third party systems and data where required, successfully in to your campaign designsUpload and send tests of Emails, SMS, Push with dynamic variants where required, for your campaign projects without bugs or errorsSet up all aspects of campaign deployment for broadcast (data segmentation, campaign flows, broadcast), without bugs or errorsPerform quality assurance on your own campaign projects and peer review projects with other members of the Campaign team as required to the highest standard.Job BenefitsWhy Bond?Joining us means being part of a team that lives by the mantra “Create Bonds.” We celebrate our collective drive, reward innovative thinking, and always maintain a focus on fostering relationships, both internally and with our clients.Ready to Make Your Mark?If you’re passionate about shaping the future of loyalty and making a real impact, we want to hear from you!
