Backed by Voodoo, our team is fully focused on scaling BeReal into an iconic social network used by hundreds of millions.RoleWe are looking for a Strategy & Ops Data Analyst who is deeply passionate about data-driven decision making, transforming raw data into clear, actionable business insights, and continuously pushing themselves and the team toward the next challenge.By joining this team, you will have a strong impact on BeReal’s monetization strategy and official accounts performance, with a unique opportunity to influence products and programs reaching millions of users.Develop dashboards and reports to drive company-wide understanding of monetization performance, official accounts activity, and key business KPIsAnalyze monetization performance across advertising, brand partnerships, and official accounts to support strategic and operational decisionsBuild and maintain scalable data models and pipelines aligned with evolving monetization and business needsAnalyze large, complex datasets representing the behavior of millions of users, creators, and brands to answer strategic and operational business questionsManage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, results-oriented environmentSupporting the Strategy & Operations function, this role works closely with the COO to analyze official accounts, monetization programs, and advertising initiatives, and to deliver data-backed strategic recommendations.ProfileYou have at least 2 years experience in analytical rolesYou are proficient in SQL and ExcelYou have experience working with large-scale datasets and designing or analyzing A/B tests to evaluate business and monetization initiativesYou have practical experience with Tableau or a visualisation tool, and can create dashboards that are shared company-wide, facilitating data-driven decision-making across departmentsYou enjoy being in contact with stakeholders and helping them achieve their business goalsA Master's degree in a top engineering or business school, in statistics, Math, Engineering, Economy, or other quantitative fields is mandatory for this roleAdvanced knowledge of statistical methods and modeling is a strong plusBenefitsCompetitive salary based on experienceSwile Lunch voucherGymlib (100% covered by Voodoo)Premium healthcare coverage with SideCare, 100% covered for you and your familyWellness activities in our Paris officeRemote days on Fridays
