Job DescriptionAbout the PositionWe have an exciting opportunity as Trade Marketing Manager in our Away From Home team. The position is part of the Benelux Business Unit, reports into the Away From Home Director and has a lot of exposure to internal senior partners. You are in the driving seat to help generate insights for and execution of our operational and three year plans.No day is the same! The Trade Marketing Manager takes ownership ofGo to market plans that drive product availability, visibility and Sales at our Trade partners and Horeca Outlets.You will translate brand strategy into Away from Home specific tactics (Innovation launches, POS materials, activations, promotions).You will align and coordinate with other European (Trade) Marketeers on the tactics and find opportunities to approach the market together.You will work together with our Key Account managers to develop joint Business Plans with Key clients.You will work together with our data analyst to define and track KPI’s.You will have cross-functional coordination with our Brand and Category teams, Sales, Supply chain, Finance & our R&D teams for alignment and execution.You will manage the Sales Capability Analyst in your team as well as 2 interns to support you in the execution.We are looking for you to help build positive relationships both internal and external that will help generate repeat business. QualificationsHard SkillsAt least a Bachelor degree.You have at least 5 years of work experience, of which a minimum of 3 years is relevant experience in areas such as marketing, sales, shopper insights or category management. You have affinity with Horeca and creating go-to-market plans.You are an excellent project manager and coordinator.Strong analytical skills (e.g. Excel, Power BI, SalesForce/CRM systems or similar customer specific data platforms)You are able to translate complex strategy into simplified presentations.Proficiency in Dutch and English is required.Result oriented and always looking for new opportunities.Professional Attributes Communication Skills - At Kraft Heinz you’ll easily be exposed to senior management, no matter your level.
